Adult Guinea Pig
So Just before Christmas I went to get a guinea pig advertised as free to good home. He was filthy and living in awful conditions. I cleaned him and pampered him and promised him he would never live in a dirty cage again. He was called Cookie and is the sweetest little guinea pig you could have, loves cuddles, lets you stroke him in the cage and wheeks and climbs the cage for his dinner. He previously lived alone for over a year.
In January I started to look for a friend for him. Came across another free to good home advert. No pictures of the male pig or anything. I knew nothing about him other than he was living with a rabbit. Went to collect him and he is an utterly gorgeous Himalayan rex guinea pig. He was actually in quite good condition considering. Again just needed a good clean and a nail trim.
So my boys were bonded successfully and now live in luxury in a 2x4 cage with fleece and fleece beds and all the hay they can eat.
So meet Cookie monster (golden agouti) and Harley (slighty mis-marked himi).
