Hi Hun. I asked the chap who sold them to me what types/breeds they are and he just replied that the parents are pure bred show pigs. Can I see a big piccie of your piggies please? Is that a silver agouti I spot in Misty?

Omg, what a little beauty
Thank you. They're so cute and so addictive. Lol. I'm 52 years old but still can't resist piggies. Lol. XxWhat beautiful girls.
The black and gold colouring reminds me of one of my childhood piggies - an Abyssinian called Scamper
Looking forward to seeing more of your girls

It's not about age - it's about the fact that guinea pigs are cute and adorable animals with lots of character.Thank you. They're so cute and so addictive. Lol. I'm 52 years old but still can't resist piggies. Lol. Xx
Everything you said made perfect sense to me Hun. I haven't had these ladies for long but little Toffee is so much nosier than Misty. Both are very placid but once they've had enough of cuddles, they let me know by the little trills they make. The sounds from them always make me smile and I just love to listen to them chatting to each other.Realised it sounds unkind to say guinea pigs are wasted on children. I was thinking that when I had piggies as a child that while I loved them I really didn’t appreciate the social interaction and depth of relationship you can have with a guinea pig as an adult.
I have a much better relationship with my current piggies than I did with those I had as a child
