Haha I know right. He's already got me worrying over him. He likes to play dead. Freaks me out. I know hes scared of the new enviroment but it gives me a heart attack.

The poor baby isn't doing very well and on advice of some vets I put him in with Romano. Sadly Romano completely freaked out and ran away from the baby and wouldn't go near it. Romano refused to budge from the corner of the cage and the baby still ended up alone.
The bond doesn't seem to be working and the baby is so tame, too tame. I'm suspicious he may be quite ill and thats why Romano won't go near it. (I've taken Romano away from the baby now as I don't want to risk him getting anything.)
Fingers crossed the little one is okay.
 
Possible that is the case, piggies sense other piggies illness and unless bond is strong can often have the adverse effect and they avoid or bully them. :(

Yes thats what I figured. Romano has never acted in this manner to new piggies so I think something is wrong.
What it is I have no idea. I'm waiting for my mum to get home so I can weigh the little guy. (The scales stopped working so shes at the store getting batteries)
 
Is he okay in himself, no snuffles etc...?

Nothing I can see outwardly. He just ate a sprig of coriander I put in next to him.

He's the fluffiest piggie I've ever seen. Extremely soft coated too.

Oh my gosh, he is just TOOOO cute! :wub::wub::wub: Has he got a name yet? I hope he is okay and not ailing. Poor wee babe. Fingers crossed that Romano takes to him soon. :tu:

I originally named him Bakura but it doesn't really fit him so I've been calling him 'Baby' as he's such a tiny little thing it really suits him at the moment. :)

I tried Romano with baby Bakura again today.

You'd think the other day never happened. Oh my god it was adorable! Bakura was following Romano around everywhere and suddenly he was a whole new pig, exploring surroundings, trying to hump Romano and playing.

I hope so too! Bakura has grown very brave with Romano around. He's exploring and following him a lot rather than hiding away. :)
