So today we went down to the potteries and Helen fixed up a date with the beautiful pink eyed golden lady Ruby!
Went very well at the rescue, no aggression and very little signs of dominance from either piggie. So we brought Ruby home as Rosie's new friend.

They're just being left to get to know one another - a little teeth chattering but thats about it :)
 
Great that Rosie has found such a beautiful friend!

My Hafina, who came from the Potteries predecessor rescue, was a pink eyed golden, too, as you can see in my avatar!
 
Oh yay! I'm so pleased Rosie has a new friend and a very cute one at that!

The dominance debate is still ongoing, we've had some more bum sniffing, teeth chattering and a few nips nothing serious, I think rosies even tried mounting ruby. They are pretty evenly matched- neither one seems to be backing down yet. x
 
Great news, so pleased that Beautiful Rosie drool has a new freind Ruby is x)

For some reason having heaps of touble getting the computer to download these pics. 3rd time lucky! Well worth the constant trying to finally see the lovely girls.
