New Born Pup
Hello all! My name is Sarah and I am new to the Guinea pig forum and thought I would introduce you two my two Guinea pigs Marlene and jolene! We adopted them at different times but they are both rescues from the Los Angeles Guinea pig rescue. We did used to have four Guinea pigs but sadly two passed away Charlene and darlene 
they were also from the same rescue. So I would love to talk about each piggie personally!
jolnen was adopted when she was 6 weeks old she was very sick with ring worm and no one would adopt her becuase she was what you would call “ugly” though I would never say that. She was in really bad shape but we took care of her with natural homeopathic remedies and now she is as good as new! She is now almost four years old and we pray she will live a long healthy life <3
she is very spunky and has abbytude xD (when an Abyssinian Guinea pig has the “tude”
) she is unique and is comfortable with anyone holding or petting in her and she is of course super duper cute!
moving on to Marlene!
we Adopted her when she was about 8 months old and now she is nearing 3 years, she is timid and quit and tends to hide and doesn’t really like being held it is due to her passed as we believe she was abused. but she is also the cutest little thing with the biggest lips! I mean they are huge! And the cutest little beads (it’s what we call their eyes as they look like little black beads
) we love her dearly and hope she starts to trust us more <3

they are in two pairs as the two older girls didn’t take to Hector, shame as he is lovely
I have four piggies, a neutered boar called Edward and three girls called Elizabeth, Ella and Esme x
