Hi everyone has anyone had any problems getting megazorb? Both my usual suppliers have none and don't know when it will be back in!apparently there is a woodpulp problem!

I use tons of the stuff (as i have 14 piggies,3 rabbits and 3 hens!)and don't know what to use instead!

I hate woodshavings and i they are even in short supply too!

anyone one else in same position?

I used to but stop because I found it too messy...I'm clumsy...lol

Google Northern Crop Driers stockiests are there you may touch lucky elsewhere.

Aubiose is another bedding. I was going to change over to this while they are indoors but decided fleece was easiest to clean for me. :)

Hope you find some.

I personally didnt like megazorb but I do use aubiose which is a hemp based bedding, maybe you could give that a go until they get more zorb in?

Gorgeous Guineas had a recent newsletter with a review on Equisorb which they found more economic that Megazorb, it should be available from equine suppliers. I can't find the newsletter on their website at the moment at this moment I'm afraid though!

this is the only stuff i will use for my 8 hamsters - i need to order some in the next week or so and would not use wood shavings - hope they can get some in a week or so!

i would like to read that but i can't find it on the gorgeous guineas site?

Hi Tanya
I don't know about Megazorb as I find it too dusty personally, I use dust extracted woodshavings but apparently there's a shortage due to the lack of building industry - I have asked my local riding centre to add a bale to their next delivery for me. Hope this helps, Keren x

equisorb

I have spoken to to the equisorb company this am and i can get it delivered but i need to buy a pallet of 36 bags! it sounds really good but i would like to speak to someone who has used it for i buy! i do like the megazorb but do find it a bit dusty so maybe equisorb would be better!

anyone used jopack flax horsebedding? is it safe? thanks x:)
