Adult Guinea Pig
Well as some of you know i have several pigs of my own (18 in fact) and today my 14 year old daughter becomes the proud owner of her own G. pig Jasmine, formerly known as Francesca at Bramley Cavie Rescue.
Jasmine has decided that she is a lone pig and does not get along with any other g.pigs so we have allowed Megs to adopt her and have her in her room.
So this morning we are driving to Leeds to collect Jasmine and then on our way home to Coventry we are stopping at Matlock, Derby to collect the 2 tier Ferplast 100 that we purchased from ebay that will be Jsmine's new home.
Meg is all prepared with cosies, bedding, food and cleaning stuff.
I am hoping this will be a positive thing for Megs as she has her own problems, she has suffered with Epilepsy since she was a baby and now she is a teenager the epilepsy has increased and she is having a bit of a rough time at the moment as she also suffers from anxiety seizures.
She has more than proved herself a good carer of guinea pigs as she helps me out all the time with mine, feeding and grooming so i have every confidence that this is going to be a great union.
I thought i would share this all with you and i will post some pics later of Megs with Jasmine xx
