merlins final fungal treatment

as his fungal was bad, chrissie at GG said i should leave it in his hair rather than wash it out straight away, so i did. today was the final day, he had his final treatment (the 3rd application) then had the entire lot washed off!

i had to post piccies, heres after the treatment and bath to wash it all off

hehehe he wont have it any other way ;D noone is allowed to touch the quiff! if you change it he shakes his head til it looks like that again ;D

on the top view when he is wet you can faintly see where his white hair has thinned out due to the fungal. you cant tell really once he is dry now :smitten:
 
Did you use Coconeem melt?

I used that and it was great, seriously disliked the smell though!
 
i used the microneem. i definately prefer it to the melt! merlin is too young for the melt and chrissie said microneem would be better for his case.

its supposed to be applied once a week, but as merlin was bad, she said to apply and leave it in his hair for 3 days, then apply again and leave again, then the third time, apply and wash it all off. i washed it off using manuka and neem shampoo

i also used the lavender and myrrh lotion in between treatments which helped sooth his sore skin

cost me a small fortune in products for him but its worth it with how quick results have been :smitten:

i wouldnt change them though. all my boys have huge personalities, all different. i know them far too well ;D
