Hi, thanks, and i wondered why they needed the neem oil?

They have both been scratching a lot and have lost more hair than usual this last week, Neem oil is excellent for treating both lice and fungal skin problems, I don't think it's fungal as the hair is coming out with clean ends, there is usually scurf attached if it's a fungal problem.
