Ehab is my first boy and I must say I have heard all the stories about them being more smelly but I am still quite surprised. He had a bath and a haircut yesterday. I picked him up today and he is covered in wee and smells. I rinsed his bottom. Yesterday I washed his grease gland. Is there anything else you are meant to do with boys? The problem is he spends all day hiding. He only comes out to teeth chatter at somebody and then go back! He is not a very sociable chap at the moment. Apart from regularly moving him so he does not have urine scald is there anything else I am meant to do?

awwwwwwwwwwwww x)
Well whee had boys first so to me it was all just natural :(|)
Read thru all the boars threads up the top and you'll find they will help enormously.
They have very different pigsonalities but equally as gorgeous of course!
They do tend to drag their boy bits rolleyes so i used to use the makeup remover pads (they don't leave any bits of cotton bits behind) and wipe the manly bits regularly. Also if you have a look eschimpf put a thread in health i think? on how to clean boar bits........ she did a video of her Mojo x)

Please give Ehab all our love, the girls send special girlie kisses and loving brrrrrrrrrr's and I send gentle nose rubs and kisses XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Try to put him in his hidey on vetbed or thick fleece pads, which you can turn over/change daily to keep him a dry as possible.

Hopefully, he will settle in and come out more! Have some sudocream ready to treat any tender skin and give him regular bum baths. Boars are noticeably more smelly than girls.

If necessary, have him checked for UTI if the weeing is excessive.

King David usually ends up smellier after a bath! He scent marks like mad afterwards. He frequently gets excited and has....erm....manly accidents! So yeah he's super smelly. I get some of those bob martins pet wipes to give him a clean. Saw them before for 99p in bnm.

He may also be a bit stinkier because they are still in the bonding stages and the girls might be spraying him! Poor guy, Finley knows his pain :))

The girls have not been spaying him at all. I think he likes to lie in his own wee!
