Metaclopromide dosing

Hi all!
My Guinea pig has had some gut stasis after antibiotics, we gave her metaclopromide (0.75ml) this morning and I’m just wondering if anyone knows should it be given again in 12 hours or 24 hours? We’re feeding her critical care too
She’s heading to the vet tomorrow but just wanted to try keep her as comfortable as possible in the meantime
