Hi, sounds strange but we have 3 very small guinea pigs, i've heard there's somekind of special guinea pig that's small?
I though midgit pigs sounded funny, so that's there nick name!

Not looked through the thread but I've never heard of this. My coronet is tiny, but shes a runt? Maybe yours are runts or underweight? Just a suggestion...

No such thing as a dwarf GP ... no doubt people are beeding undersized or selling premature ones to blend in ith the "tea cup" animal fad. No pedigree piggies tend to be a bit smaller. Maybe you just have natureally dainty guineas. My sheltie was a runt and he is just naturally very tiny. His feet still look like baby feet.

), he is tiny looking compared to Ludo, even though they weigh similar, it is strange.

No such thing, and as far as I'm aware there aren't any being bred as 'small' guinea pigs either.

I guess they're just like people, fat ones, thin ones, big ones, little ones. Oh how I wish I was one of the thin ones.

thanks all for replying, just thinking about it now, i did some research, they should be 3-4 times there size now, and i've heard of specail small guinea pigs.
