I’m looking at getting a new cage for my 3 girls and wonder about Midwest cages.
I know a number of you have them so I just want to know how you get on with them.
My current c&c cage is great but I need a backup cage as well now.
Thanks

I have 2 and am ready to move on. I like the space but don't like the little nooks and crannies that are a challenge to clean quickly when it's time to do my cleaning every few days. The nooks and crannies I'm talking about are the places where the wire meets the green canvas all along the bottom. To get the deep clean that I like I have to take the velcro straps off, take the wire part out, do my cleaning and then reassemble. I also have found that the wire become misshapen and won't sit exactly how it's supposed to so I've taken tools to it to try and straighten it out back out. I have a C&C and definitely like the coroplast bottom much better. I simply take out my fleece liners, sweep, vacuum and easily wipe down without any assembly or disassembly of anything. I hope that helps! Good luck. :)

Thank you - that helps.
I was going to replace my c&c when we move house in the summer but wanted a second cage as well.
Sounds as if the Midwest would be OK for a cage that's only used short term and occasionally.
