Hi,
I'm new here. I adopted 2 baby guinea pigs in February and was told they were sisters. I kept waiting for them to grow, they are still tiny! They grew a little, but not much. I feed them food, and fresh veggies/alfalfa every day, I guess the are just small. They have a really big CC cavy cage with the piggie bedspread system. Works out well. They are really nice pets!

Hi,
Welcome to the forum :)
Have you weighed your piggies ? If not, its a good idea to weigh them regularly (weeklys good) to keep an eye on their growth.
If you are feeding alfalfa hay I dont think (someone correct me if I am wrong) it should be every day - might be worth switching that to Timothy hay or some other hay.
Hope you enjoy the forum and looking forward to hearing more about your girls :)

Yeah, alfalfa should only be fed as a treat or to expectant mother piggies and/or very young gp's. It doesn't have the right nutritional balance for grown pigs. I would recommend switching over to Timothy hay. There are other options for hay but timothy hay is the kind i have the most experience with; in my opinion, it's the best. :)

Some guineas just don't get very big but i'll let someone else handle that aspect of your post as I don't know much about it.

We have a Small pig too, She is called Minnie (not because of her size funnily enough, but because she was the spitting image of her mum, so it was more of a minnie me) We bought 2 "girl" pigs and ended up being a girl and a boy (probably brother and sister) Then they had 3 babies, sadly one died shortly after birth, Minnie obviously got bigger than when she was born but is still very small for a 2 and a half year old pig, I am not sure if it could have anything to do with the fact that her parents were siblings....? Hi and welcome to you and your little ones to the forum :)
I hope you can put up some pigtures for us all to look at drool
It maybe that you have small piggies, my two girls are sisters (their mum had a litter of 4) and their mum is smaller than them but their dad is bigger than them :)
You might find it helpful to look up the top of each section you'll see some stickies/threads and if you need to ask questions please feel free to do so :)

ooops

I have been giving them timothy hay, but I wrote alfalfa by accident! :))

They could of come from a large litter and are therefore a little slower to grow.
I had a litter of four, two huge and two wee ones. The huge have continued to grow, and are 'hulking' out. The wee's although growing well are still alot smaller. One had a name but has since become 'fattyone' as he just wont stop eating and is getting very round! And my little one Albus the runt is steadily putting the pounds on and filling out, but he just takes a bit longer than the rest.
