Mini pigs on the brain...

Nova is due anyday now, and I'm on my toes all the time waiting for the little ones. This morning I woke up and popped my head into her cage to check all was well...and almost had a heart attack, as I saw something small and White in the pigloo. I got all excited and ran to get my mum...

It was a piece of cauliflower...:red

Aw that's so cute! I was the same when my rabbit was pregnant, always going out to check. I didn't know how far along she was, but she was building a nest all through her pregnancy and had pulled her fur out and all, so I thought she was due anyday, for three weeks! so three weeks of getting up early to look for babies under the fur!

Luckily when my guinea pig Sukie was pregnant I only noticed she was two days before she gave birth! So not much waiting.

I was in a similar situation a while ago, I didn't even know my rabbit was pregnant! I just went out one morning and found a moving nest! It was amazing That was 7 years ago now though, she and her 2 daughters are still going strong
