A disaster happened yesterday when my dear Minky passed away after complications set in after having a abscess op on Wednesday. It was all over in 30 minutes but very distressing & I'm just coming to terms with her loss.

A lot of older members will probably remember her 10 month struggle through illness after illness including Head Tilt from May 2013 to March 2014. This time it was too much for her & I'll never see her lovely lopsided head & trusting eyes watching me again. She was the last of my original group of 4 piggies & would have been 5 in April. Stewy, I'm so very sorry. Such a beautiful girl, and so unfair you've lost her.

RIP little one, and a big hug for you - I know how much it hurts.

Very sorry to hear about Minky. I think when they have been a piggie with difficult illness to overcome through their lives, you can't help being extra close to them.
Munch on dandelions and run on the best grass Minky.
 
I'm so sorry! She was such a fighter for you and it must be heartbreaking. It's also so hard to lose the last of your original group (I went through that myself last year... it was like the end of a era.) ((HUGS)) to you.
 
Stewart I am so sorry, you have been through so much with Minky and the bond you shared was amazing. One of my favourite ever forum piggies. Thinking of you x
