I've not done much on here lately. Minky is now recovering well from her op to remove abscess on her neck on May 16th. The op went well with the abscess coming out whole like a pea from a pod. She had 4 stitches. I was very worried because she lost weight day after day with one or 2 slight rises.
Here's a picture of her with her companion, Minnie 3 days after the op.
Shortly after the above picture, Minnie fell out with Minky & had to be put into a separate cage. After that I tried eventually to re-bond Minky with Mother & Mousey. After a couple of hiccups we eventually got there. Minky was still losing weight 2 days then putting on a little weight on the 3rd day. I took her off her meds (Metacam & Baytril) on Thursday & she had her stitches removed on Friday May 31 & since then has come on leaps & bounds. She's eating again with the others & moving around a lot more.
He she is with Minnie & new Piggy, Mitch who I'll be mentioning in separate thread.
