Minstrel in a bad way

Dic a Dom

I have come home today to find Minstrel laying on her tummy making little ruttling noises. She managed to move but she had to drag her body. I have picked her up and she feels all floppy with her head tilting backward. Her eyes do seem quite clear, but she has no interest in food or drink. Are these signs of a stroke?
 
It could be a stroke or a heart problem. Keep her still and warm for now.
How old is she?
 
She's a rescue piggy so not sure on age - we estimate that she's around 3 years old.
Checked on her now and gave her some water. Her breathing is still rapid.
