Dear Piggies in Forumland

My Slave says I sound like a motor car whatever that means! My breathing does feel a little strange and it is quite noisy but I think to liken it to a car is outrageous! I have a vet appointment tomorrow at 1pm. My Slave thinks it's the start of a URI but I don't know what that is! I hope I don't have to have anything yukky out of a syringe! If I do I want coriander afterwards! I wonder if my daily groom will stop while I'm ill? I hope so!

I won't be able to help you piggies whilst I'm on sick leave but that doesn't give your Slaves an opportunity to misbehave!

We're very sorry to hear that you're feeling unwell. It's good that your slave is taking you to The Vet. The syringes do make you feel better ( especially the really yummy one) and I don't think your slave would dare not give you coriander afterwards.

Good luck at the vet Miss Bramble! I promise to be a very good slave and make you proud during your sick-leave. Kongo says you can send all the syringes to him, he loves everything from a syringe and especially he loves eating the syringe afterwards. A real gentleman, ready to save you!

Dear Miss Bramble,

For you to get better you need to go to the doctor! Everything will be fine and you will be 100% again soon. We are all with you. I hope there are no syringes that taste bad, but if there are, rest assured that your slave will reward you later with coriander, or she will have to deal with us!

Truffle and Polo would send all their coriander to you if they could. Poor Miss Bramble! I hope it's not too nasty and you get better soon. You have a whole forum of guinea pigs and guinea pig slaves wishing for your recovery! Don't worry, you look beautiful even without the daily brushing.
 
My Slave has Pro C on standby in case I have to take "yukky antibiotics" I've never had those before. My predecessor and founder of the GPU The Ever Beautiful Betsy thought "yukky antibiotics" were yum! I hope I feel the same way. Here she is happily taking them.

Dear Kylie

I nipped my Slave a couple of times when having to endure the "dreaded comb of agony" and got my nose lifted up very high for a long time. I didn't like being told off. As Shop Steward and Union Rep of the GPU I felt really bad at nipping my Slave as I have to lead by example. I'll try my best not to nip the vet.

Kongo is holding he's paws you'll get some metacam, Bramble. Like the best thing ever happened to pigs. Tastes so GOOOOOD! When he had an URI male-slave ordered 200 empty syringes because Kongo takes his meds, and then chew the syringe and he's fast. He wants every drop, leaving the syringe looking like its got hit by an bus.
 
Bramble has a 5 day course of Baytril first dose is tonight. The vet commented on her lovely fur and said that I obviously look after it well and asked how well Bramble behaved grooming. I said that she was OK cos I introduced her to the comb when she was 4 months old.

I know it's not the nicest medicine (Sir George disagrees!) but try to take it all nicely as it will help you.
