i would suggest you take your piggie to the vet to get a correct diagnosis.please do not treat on spec,as the wrong treatment or low dose products, can make the job of confirming the correct diagnosis and treatment much harder for your vet.I would make an appointment this week at the vets .i hope ypour piggie recovers soon.you have a beautiful piggie.:)

Hi and welcome!

Please see a vet for a diagnosis! We cannot diagnose reliably just from a picture (no online place can), nor are we qualified to do so.

It could be the start of a fungal skin infection, possibly ringworm. If your guinea pig is new, then you can reclaim any vet cost from the pet shop; the link below will tell you how and also tell you how to deal with highly infectious and transmittable ringworm if it has been diagnosed. Please do not put anything on the patch and please do not home treat on spec.
What to check and look out for in new guinea pigs (vet checks, sexing, parasites&illness)
