Noticed a flea on one of my pigs about 1 month ago and flead them with flea and mite treatment. Haven't seen any more fleas or signs of fleas or mites since.

This morning I found a missing patch of hair on one of my pigs, about the size of a £1 coin. The skin doesn't look red or sore etc and it is in an area that is covered very well so might have been there a while. When Maisy was a baby she had ringworm and I think it was the same ear where her hair is now missing.
I've read online and said it could be mites? There is no sign of hair loss on the other pigs and can't see any mites.

Has anyone else had any hair loss on their pigs? thanks!

You can't see mange mites with a naked eye. Please have the bare patch checked by a vet; it could be mites or fungal. Please do not home treat on spec; you can easily make things worse than better!

I agree a vet visit is needed for an official diagnosis.

It is possible yes, but it could also be fungal.

If they are in the same cage then ideally yes. If it is fungal I always recommend Imaverol dips so you would need to dip them all if so. If it is mange mites then treatment would be with Ivermectin, preferably by injection as it is more effective than spot on.

Forgot to update, had my 3 little piggies checked at the vets on Monday and the vets was quite sure it was mites.. They have been given a spot on treatment, they have stopped itching and no more hair loss
