Stupidly, I didn't consider the fact that I might be adopting two piggies in November, so I had already booked cheap flights for 3 weeks over Christmas and New Year! 22 whole days away from home...and the pigs... 98) Garry and Minty have only been with me for 5 1/2 weeks, but it's so difficult now, not walking into a room and saying 'hello pig-pig'. In that baby voice. I'm sure they think I'm a mentalist... :-\ I'll be home two weeks today...far too long! (Not that I'm not enoying being away really...it is nice! Just no piggyness... :( )

Aww! Who are Garry and Minty staying with while you are away?
 
My Dad has been around, but he's on his holidays now too... Fortunately I've got a good friend who is taking care of them for 10 days. They are still in my house, so they haven't had the trauma of being moved. They are fine - clean, fed, watered and probably spoken to in that same baby voice...just to keep things familiar! ::)
 
Oh love i can sympathise with you, i left Duke for 2 weeks last chrissy it was horrible i hated not knowing what he was doing 24/7 :-\
My folks were brilliant tho, i called nearly every day and they tried there best with him, he got very spoilt :smitten:
Just wait till you get home i know you'll get the BEST piggie kisses and hugs off them :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:
Do what i did, i had my mobile with me and Duke's piccies on it so i felt like he was close with me O0 So get some of the Minty And Garry and then you can look at them every morning and night before you go to bed :smitten: :smitten:

They were sort of wedged in where they sleep (they're in a Nero 2 as sold to me by P@H as they had no Nero 3 in when I adopted them). Couldn't really get them out from in there so had a quick stroke of each of them. Garry is out scoffing something at the moment...will go to bed once he's finished!
 
awwwww i should do that :D i can't imagine being away from my piggies for 3 weeks it must of felt like ages!
