I took Biscuit and Toffee to their boarder this morning. This is only their second time away from me since I've had them (I tried out the boarding place when i went away for a few days last September and am very happy with it. I'm sure they'll have a lovely holiday. And hopefully won't forget me.) Despite spending the afternoon giving their cage a good clean I keep forgetting they're not here, and twice this evening I've nearly gone into their room to check on them before remembering :mal: . It's going to be very strange tomorrow without them but then I'm off on holiday on Monday so hopefully I can stop worrying about them and enjoy it.

I think all of us, no matter how amazing the boarders are, do worry when we go away. I found an amazing boarder (much better than the first one I ever used) so that definitely helps.

Enjoy your holiday and rest assured they’re enjoying themselves too.

I send regular photos of clients piggies to make sure they know they are being well taken care off. It’s natural to be anxious, I remember that feeling and still get that when I’m away for a long period. However by keeping in contact and having reassurance messages, what they are doing and eating etc. really helps.
Believe me, they will absolutely remember you. Afterall you’re the giver of food!

Hope you have a lovely holiday, where are you off to? Your piggies will have a lovely time too and will be pleased to see you and they will wheak you all about their holiday time too.

Thank you, we're travelling around a bit, a week in north east Scotland, then back to England and staying in south shields (where my friend has family connections) for a few days.

have a wonderful holiday! Don’t worry, they will remember you. My Ted stayed with furryfriendTeas for 3 months so he could have his regular dentals in lockdown. When I got to pick him up to take him home, he looked into my eyes and gave me a big rumble 😊 He knew exactly who I was!
