Has anyone used this product?
If so is it any good?
Beaphar Anti-parasite Spot On Rabbit / Guinea Pig

:)

I have used this product. However after consulting my vet i found it was not as strong as the treatment they prescribe. The container also says one application will kill mites. This is not the case. Mine needed 3 at 2 week intervals but i suggest you consult your vet as mites can be tricky to treat at home. :)

One of our boars is being treated by the vet with something.
I just saw this treatment in a shop and wondered if it was any good?

Oh - another Noodledoodle

I have got this product but not yet used it - so good to know it will need to be done more than once - just got it in case - to put in my piggy first aid kit.

Incidentally TAN stands for Trufflepuffle AND Noodledoodle - my 1st two piggies names - and I thought I was being origional!

I completely agree with this. Most Vets recommend Xeno 450 Spot On (or Xeno 50 Mini Spot On for pigs under 800g) as a more effective dosage of Ivermectin.

I know that lots of people here do use the Beaphar spot on (and I've used it myself) but I personally think the Xeno is much better.
