Mites? Bald patch on back!

My piggie Pumpkin has a bald patch on her back. I'm not sure what it is, but she has had one before. I wiped the area with the wipes my vet gave us last visit for her when she had a bald patch, and treated I both her and her sister with anti-parasite spot on. (Her sister doesn't have a bald patch but I thought I should give her some just in case.) Anyone know what it is? Could it be mites?

We can’t tell you what it is. Please have them both checked by a vet. We don’t recommend home treating as it can mask or make worse the problem. And non-prescription meds aren’t often strong enough.

I am afraid that wipes and broad spectrum antiparasitic drops from the pet shop are not strong enough to cut through an acute outbreak of mange mites. You need vet grade ivermectin strength products for that.
