Hello all,

Recently I have gotten us two young pigs, have them for a week now.
Today I have noticed something on one of them, something crusty is on his ear and I tried to clean it but it wouldn't come off plus he struggles/shakes head everytime i touch it.

Should I be worried? What can I do.

I was thinking the same. There are many types of fungal and one of the most common is Ringworm. Here is our guide which covers the hygiene measures needed in case you need it.

To add. If you got these piggies from a chain pet shop of any sort then they will often pay for any vet treatment so make sure you get them seen and any vet bills paid for.
