Mites or ringworm?

I have 3 guinea pigs..Star 1yr, Daisy and Holly 4months...i noticed a scab on daisy's belly 2half weeks ago..Daisy is being treated by the vets for mites and is going for her third and last injection next sat..she has bald patches under her arm pit and chest..and also a large bald patch on her belly which seems to have gotten bigger..her sores have nearly all gone.
Anyways on monday i noticed a dot on the side of stars nose...and now its just turned into a crusty sore..poor thing it looks so painful...also tonight have notice holly is starting to get it.
Star and Holly have the vets in the morning...it just worries me incase the vets are wrong and its ringworm and not mites...in the morning I'm going to the same vets but seeing a different person, i'm going to tell him my concerns..its heart breaking seeing your little piggie with these things

I'm going to try and put pictures up to see what you think..any advice would be grateful.

Pictures would be helpful, but Stars crusty nose patch sounds more like a fungal than a mite infestation to me!

The second set of symptoms sounds like fungal...

certainly looks like fungal to me, best get to a vet

Piglet and rogers mama...i had vets appointment this morning..and was told by the vet its mites..so they both having the same treatment as daisy...I'm just going to keep a very close eye on them and any sign of it getting worse i'll be straight back to the vets!
