The top picture looks like a perfectly normal foot, but as they are photos off the Internet, then if you need advice on your own piggies, then do show us a picture of them

Guinea pigs use their front paws to clean themselves. It is usually a little bald on the inside of the paw. It's best you look at your own piggies to check, and I'm not too sure on the etiquette of posting photos from elsewhere on here.
