one of my girls has hair missing and a wound on the back of her neck. After researching, i'm sure it's mites. I have ivermectin, so should I use that? Any other advice is appreciated.
 
yes this is what you should use, but i would suggest a visit to the vets for them to diagnose as could be something else.
 
Is she scratching a lot? ?/
What sort of ivermectin have you got - is it one specially for guinea pigs because you have to make sure you don't give too much or too little according to the weight of the piggy.
 
I haven't noticed her scratching that much. I have the beaphar Anti-Parasite Spot on.
 
Oh I've not heard of that.

I used Xeno when Nemo was scratching a few months ago and it did the trick.:)
