I accuired two guinea pigs last week, they came from a large group kept in not the best hygiene .
I both I think are pregnant, and I'm suspecting they have mites.
One had a cut hair look on her neck, they aren't scratching loads that I'm seeing but when I hold them I itch afterwards just a bit for a short time,
They were pretty much wild when I got them but are getting use to being handled more now.
I'm taking them to the vet in the morning as just want to check them over.
Has anyone else had mites on there guineas?
