more guinea questions

Sorry to keep pestering but I have a million and one questions ( OK a slight exageration) But here they are
1. I keep reading about litter trays. Can guineas be toilet trained?
2. Where do they sleep. I assumed they would have to have a private space, akin to bedroom bit in a hutch. but onn the online petshops they sell kind of soft tiny dog beds and hammocks! Do guineas really use these?

They do like somewhere "private" to hide/sleep in as they feel more secure. They are naturally prey animals so fear open spaces. Mine have large fiddlesticks and chubes as they live in c & c open cages.

Lennie has a huge fluffy bed wich he loves and I have two hammocks in the top cage and they sleep on them or under them!
 
I've heard piggies can be trained to use a litter tray, but I've never bothered with mine...don't think I'd have the patience with them or them with me!

My boys have a pigloo in their cage in which they sleep and hide. Garry spends a lot of his time in there and Minty tends to sleep outside on the hay. Ben takes charge of the other one, while Dave sleeps around the back.:)
