Hi everyone!
How hot is it today!? I'm pleased to say that my piggies love their ice pod so that's reassuring. I put a frozen water bottle in a sock in the hutch just and Plopper/Max (I'll be so glad my when daughter drops the plopper and just calls him Max) Plopper just looked at it as if to say WHAT THE?!?! It could have been the zebra print sock that I covered it in though

Plopper reared up at Adi today, after provocation from Adi. My heart sank. They're bound to get wound up if its hot though surely?! I'm keeping an eye on things, hopefully its nothing.

So, I've got my frozen water bottle and my ice pod, my hutch is in the shade and just about to make up a new water bottle with some icecubes in it. Hope the fellas stay cool enough as Adi is already napping. Hard work eating all that food eh

The lads have orange, peppers and celery today. Gota say the cold orange was tempting.

If only that was all I had to do
Washing day! Might go get my daughter a paddling pool and get her trampoline set up..or maybe take a picnic to the park. I don't do well in the sun. I don't burn, but the heat gets too much for me, wimp :p

It is very warm, esp after the thunder storm we had up north last night, my little one's have lovely cucumber to nibble on, and an icepad - they look much cooler than i am...having a BBQ (veggie for me!) with my OH and his family today, hope you all have a wonderful day soaking up this lovely weather!

its really warm in the bedroom where half of the piggies are - I'm going to get the air con machine out when OH gets back from shop, its too warm in there!

hi all, i have moved my piggie cage and run to a new, fresh patch of grass - nice and long and lush !, they have had spring cabbage, carott and apple, a cuddle each and are now napping ! ah, what a life ! was really pleased that humbug now uses his newly adapted ramp to get down to the run. after some excellent advice from this forum, we attached wood to the sides of the ramp so they cant see over the edge and now humbug has no issues with running up and down and up and down .... think this is a novel thing for him at the moment and is doing overkill with the in, out, up, down thing ! lol, so entertaining to watch ... ahhhhh i love my piggies x) x)

I am sitting here at the computer with a good cup of coffee. My guinea pigs are wheeking at me for their morning veggies, but I am not awake yet. Need more coffee!

Today looks like it's gonna be a hot one here. So I'll probably stay inside and hide from the sun.
