I took Angus to the vets last night as he has a UTI and porbably bladder sludge :(

But that was all ok, the vet was lovely and got everything sorted out. But Angus managed to make me soooo embarrassed.

Angus and his brother Hamish are rex or rex X piggies so pretty fuzzy, the mutually groom a lot and leave fur everywhere so in the way that nice male piggies do they seem to end up with a big stinky clump of it in their anal sack regularly so I need to clean them up. I do check on a regular basis to make sure they are not too nasty and stinky but I must have failed this time....

Cue a lovely vet doing a thorough examination of his rear end to check his bladder etc and then Angus pops out a big old stinky lump of hair and ming, right out of his bottom on her hand! Disgusting animal!

Thankfully she very delicately just put some gloves on, cleaned him up and was very polite 'oh dear, what have we got there....' while he sat there on the table looking like butter wouldn't melt!

He really is a dirty beast..... I was absoulutely mortified ::red:red:red

Boys eh! rolleyes
With the amount of time my girls have been going to the vets I am somewhat glad they're not boys. Although Rosie has a brilliant habit of covering the table in poop and then taking a huge wee. She also likes to lie in her wee. The vets love her as she is so fluffy so she gets away with it.

:)) rolleyes Gotta love them!

I bet Hamish was cheering him on :)

I think he was mortified too, he had his head under the blanket in the pet carrier with just his tail feathers sticking out! He got a snuggle from the vet though :)

I've always said that boys are the dirtiest and smelliest gender :p Poor you and Hamish :)):))

If Mish was embarrassed then it must have been bad :))
