Priscilla is the “Hair with attitude “ piggy, the cute ginger & white is supposed to be her daughter.
There is no resemblance at all.
I did ask Priscilla if Phoebe is really her daughter but received no helpful reply.

Christian, Dennis and Meg are siblings but they look nothing alike either @Merab's Slave nor do they look like Velvet! Except that the gold on Megs go faster stripe is the same colour as the gold bits on Velvet which is also the same colour as the lighter gold on Dennis. Meg's white toes are the same colour as the lighter grey (almost white) bit on Christian (I hope you followed all that!)
