Our girls have resided in the shed over the winter months but as the weather is improving I was wondering about moving them back out, they won't be able to have the heater that is in their hutch when we put them back out but we have heat pads, we were also covering them with an old duvet so could continue to do that with a tarpaulin as well in case it rains. They have fleece snuggle sacks and we would obviously make sure there is plenty of hay in for them as well.
To early? All thoughts appreciated.

I personally wouldn’t do it just yet. What are the overnight temperatures in your location?
I know in my area it would be a little too cold still. Overnight we are only having about 6 degrees and we had frost at the beginning of the week. (My boys live permanently in my shed year round and the shed temp always sits quite a bit warmer than outside temperatures and I’m just finding their hutch temp to be 18 degrees first thing in the morning so I’m only just comfortable with not putting the extra blankets on their hutch (they’ve still got their thermal cover etc overnight))

Thanks for the reply, I'm not going to be rushing to put them out but it was something that was on my mind, they've really been enjoying being able to go out whilst the weather has been nice, also the shed is quite warm so it's getting the balance right. It's not on the agenda for this weekend as rain is forecast so will keep monitoring.

Oh yes, the warm shed season has definitely started! it only takes a little sun even if it is cold in the air and my shed gets hot – I’m constantly in and out opening and closing doors and windows to keep the temperature comfortable and stable. My two are on the lawn at the moment as it’s not far too hot in the shed for them.
