I'm just thinking, nothing more than that!
Is it possible to move indoor pigs outside?
I'm moving house in June, and the woman that I'm lodging with has offered me her spare stable for housing the pigs (if I want)/storing hay etc. The stable is in her "garden" which is 3 acres of land. She has a horse in the neighbouring stable.
It got me wondering whether I could house them outside (in hutches in this stable) during the summer months? Or would this be too cold for them as indoor pigs? (As far as I'm aware, Jeff and Cameo have always been indoor/heated shed pigs, and the boys were outside, now inside, but will be about 5 years old when I move).
Could it be done? Is it a bad idea?
