Moving location

Hello I currently have my guineas in our front room but due to a change in house occupants I was thinking of moving them to my bedroom. I’m slightly worried of causing them too much stress.

our main aim is to get them outside in their hutch and run but this is currently still in the process of being painted so until that’s been finished and left for a week we won’t be able to start their transition outside.

would moving them to a different room and then potentially outside in two weeks be too much stress all at once?

it should be fine to move their cage to your room, given they will be in the same cage, it isn’t a complete environment change for them. Moving them out to the hutch will be an environment change though so you could see dominance once that move happens
