Hello to you all. I want to take the time to say thank you to all who helped me with trying to save
my guinea pig MR KNIGHT. My kids are devastated and so am I. He looked at me just an hour ago after
giving his 2nd dose of meds and just let me hold him. Iaid him back down and within the 45mins while I dozed
between feedings he slipped away......I am so hurt....

WE LOVE YOU MR KNIGHT...THANK YOU FOR BEING THE LOVE OF OUR LIVES.

tears... Thank you so much. I am going back in the bed room to deal with
my 14 year old she is taking it really, really hard. We will pick a pretty spot under the
tree and the back yard. to burry him. He loved it there.

Good Night...I am trying to keep it together for my 2 kids.

You all take care...

Sorry you have lost your much loved piggy. It is always a really difficult time and I hope you will all feel stronger as the days go by. xxxxxxxx

So sorry that you lost your piggy. You clearly cared and he was well loved. Take time to grieve. Big hugs to you and your daughter.

I am ever so sorry. You did what you could in a life-and-death battle situation, and that is all you can do. It doesn't make you a bad owner.

It is always tougher with children and teenagers, as losing a pet is often the first time they are confronted with death and loss since this is increasingly becoming a taboo area in today's life. But it is how we deal with loss that is making us emotionally mature, it is not the joys in life. Sadly, we all have to grieve in the measure we love; they are the two sides of the same coin. We would be a lot poorer if he hadn't either in our lives. With pets, there are also feelings of guilt and failure, which are typical for the onset of the grieving process for any loving and responsible pet owner.

Mr Knight was much loved, and that is what counts.

RIP
