Senior Guinea Pig
She is currently in quarantine but hopefully in time she will join the herd. She is around 1 year old, and we have taken her in from a friend in York. She belonged to her landlord, there were 2 pigs but the other one died and the kids got bored so he looked to rehome Mrs Fuzzy. Our friend decided that she would love her to live with us so we looked into ways of getting her to us. Last Monday we travelled to York on the train to pick her up.
She is very small, only weighs 672g so we are trying to feed her up at the moment. Apparently, she was part of a Pets at Home experiment where they bred designer guinea pigs in Spain. I think this may be why she is so tiny as she is very inbred.
Anyway, here she is, she's such a pretty girl and very friendly.
