I have used it sometimes, and it's hay...
So it can be good or not. Sometimes it was green with good smells, sometimes it was brown and dusty...
I think you have 60-70% chance to get a good hay.
You should try the JR Farm Green Oats... It is not too cheap, but your piggies would kill for it. My piggies eat it immediately

We use www.dustfreehay.co.uk and get their soft English hay it's excellent quality at the moment and the piggies love it.
