i just wanted to share with everyone something that happened last night!
i got muffin out for a cuddle, and although at first she was quite nervy and tense, after about five minutes she stretched out on my bed and let me stroke her for about an hour and a half! she was licking my fingers too, and every now and then she'd get up, look around and then flop back down again. it was lovely seeing her so relaxed =]
as baxter dislikes being cuddled nowadays (i'm hoping it's just his terrible teens, i miss cuddling him!) and ruby is quite hyperactive so can't keep still for long, it's so nice to have a pig i can sit with and watch TV! and it's made me so happy that she's getting used to me, it's always nice when you know a pig is beginning to like you!
