Multi Problems

I I Treated my Guinea pigs for mites last week everthing was fine, now a week later they have started scratching again, I treated them with xeno 50 & the bigger ones xeno 450 can I treat them a week early or do I have to wait, for the normal time. Is this the results of the mites. I've put Molly separate as it won't let me put another photo on this thread.
Top one is Nutmeg bottom one is Tia.

I really think you should get a vet to check them both . This ensures a correct diagnosis and, the correct dosage of treatment.

I'm going Friday, Tia has had this before but not this bad

I would ask the vet about fungal as that looks more fungal to me, though the symptoms of mites and fungal can look similar. Does the hair come out easily if you pull it gently?

I agree they need to see a vet, does look more fungal but you need a diagnosis before treating.

I agree that the best thing to do is to to get a proper diagnosis from the vet and the correct treatment at the correct dosage. OTC medications are seldom the correct strength to deal with a problem properly in my experience. And that does look like it might be fungal. So please take precautions when handling her. Poor thing.
