Mums new puineagigs :).. please help rescue others..

Hay!.. everyone might know already i wanted to get my mum a pig to cheer her up..

well we went and viewed some pigs at this house half hour away from us...

GOD!

the house was a **** tip!.... i nelt down and even got my white plimsol dirty from the carpet, clutter everywhere and they put about ten of the boys in this little storage box.. no hay, no newspaper...imagine

the girls were the sam in another box...

mum only wanted to get 1.. she ended up coming homje with 3 as she wanted to rescue them.. if only we could report this.. apparently they have around 50 pigs in their concervetry...they didnt show us where they lived.. i did ask..GRR

anyway about the pigs

they all are about 18 weeks..(not one bath yet)

we had to give them a bath when they got in they stunk of wee,

the alpaca(alvin) had all matts and his belly was yellow!(still not got al the matts out) he supposed to be the youngest one but he is the biggest one... are they big anyway?

The abby theodore hated the bath & was screaming so had to bath him on my lap...

The silkie simon has flees, had scabs all over his back & had knotts...

Mum paid £30 for 3 but if somone says something to the rspca people can rescue them.. no doubt mum will rescue some more tooo.. i will too!

I am dissapointed with people who dont look after guineapigs, these 3 are lovely, just wanted to rescue all of them!

they are beautiful,very lovely boys your mum is lucky to have them,shame about the place you got them,i thought you were going through rescue?and also i would be very careful about housing 3 boys together xx
 
They are lovely. Well done on taking them in. We paid for Glynis, Ellie and Ron because we were keeping the girls (turns out we are keeping Ron now as well...lol getting attached to the little guy.)

You should get your mum to post here too! :)
 
I'm going round her house soon so ill teach her how to use it :)
& try and get some pics of the unhealthy little ones :( lol

cute names too x)x)x) i loved Alvin and The Chipmunks when i was a kid (erm looooong time ago)
 
will they take them away from them?...

what shall i say to them..I'm only 17 do you think they will listen to me. lol?
 
if you dont feel confident get your mum to call,write down all of the conditions of the place and anyting bad you saw,make sure you write it all so you say it all correctly,and dont let your personal feelings come into it try to say it without getting angry or overly upset,they will probably inspect the property and give them rules that they need to live up too and eventually if they dont the piggies shouldbe removed at least thats what happens here x

Definitely do as Bonnie says, it will really help. Write down all the facts so you don't ramble (sorry, I'm sure you wouldn't. but it's easy to get carried away when you are upset), they will surely listen to you, if you present the facts to them. Good luck with your piggies. x
