hope this works - i'm rubbish with computers! :...

mungo's new friend arrived this morning and after a few rumbles they have snuggled up together for a sleep, i only took a couple of pictures as didn't want to disturb them too much. zzz

Mungo found his squeak and has made more noise in one hour than he has all week.
The little baby is so hairy we think he looks like Noddy Holder. what do you think? when the kids come home from school they will be having another name debate but they will have to come up with something good or else Noddy it will be! :)):)):))

Oh my goodness that is adorable! Congrats on your new family member.

I'm so pleased Mungo has a buddy, they are both gorgeous little boys

thanks guys gosh i feel like one proud mum! I am so pleased they are curled up together and i'm so glad i asked for all your opinions before going along with what the RSPCA told me. Thank you so much everyone who's replied to me and helped me to come to the right decision. xx>>>xx>>>xx>>>

aww he looks lovely and really wooly like a sheep :)) Glad that Mungo has a little buddy and hope they have a nice life together and become best maties! Noddy sounds like a cute name. I'm not really good with names or on the spot anyway.

3 kids 1 pig how hard can it be to choose a name?

well, the kids have never heard of Slade so when I asked them what they thought about Noddy for a name they totally freaked! my twin boys are 9 and my daughter is 10 so they had pictures of a guinea pig with a little blue hat and a bell!

Dan had argued for Sid (ice age! - "thumoneth eaten all the carrotths" ?) Joe had wanted Shaun, Rebecca wanted Neville (?) then they all decided after watching him long enough he should be called Boomerang as he hides, then does one lap of the cage and then hides again, always going in a circle and always coming back to where he started! :))

So Boomer it is ;) But Rebecca calls him Boo-Boo

Congratulations on getting Boomer ... although I liked the name Noddy.

Yeap, Slade was in my teenage era! :red:)) But that's another story, or a thread for another day :(|)

So pleased both are getting on well. Boomer looks like an Alpaca or Alpaca cross to me. Don't worry they are brilliant to keep clean and trimmed. The fur just springs back when cut.

i liked noddy too but he's my pig so i felt i had to let the kids choose the name so they didn't feel too left out! He is an alpaca he was the runt of a big litter and noone wanted so i wonder if that's why they get on so well? At the moment Boomer doesn't like me going anywhere near him but i don't want him to get knotty fur so should i just pick him up and groom him anyway or should i give him more time? Mungo doesn't mind being picked up but i've had him nearly 2 weeks now
