This question is born out of that fact I seem to have over estimated the consumption rate of mushrooms in my household! Does anyone know if piggles can eat closed cup button mushrooms? If not, it's mushroom risotto for the rest of the week, and the dear husband will have to deal with it! 😂
 
I can't stand mushrooms but the hospital café has some of the best mushroom soup I have ever tasted...hell it's the best soup I've ever tasted and I have to make an excuse to be at said café every other Tuesday because it's mushroom soup day.

If risotto gets too much, there's also stroganoff!
 
Update on mushroom-gate! All chopped, sauteed, and frozen to be used whenever in whatever. There wasn't "mush-room" in the freezer (thanks for the eyeroll and groan @Veggies Galore!), but it's all in and sorted now, an experience not to be repeated in a hurry! Thanks for all the advice and suggestions guys x
