Quick pic of my 6 pigs.

Got the two long haired sisters from a guy at a swap. I have not seen long haired pigs since I was about 10 and had my first trio of oinkers! Could not leave w/o them. They are about a year old now.

Then the two mirror sisters, both have the white blaze over the shoulder, came from a vet office. They were in the smallest pet habitat, maybe 1x2ft in size. From 1-6wks old. I was going to just get one, but then the whole office said "Your getting two? That's so nice of you!" and when 8+ people are cheering me on, I took 2 sisters home. 6 months old or so.

And lastly, the tri color sisters were a rescue as well from a lady who was trying to sell them for months. 2.5yrs.
Finally named the other 4.

In the group photo I see one little piggy in a container enjoying the show the others are putting on!

Glynis, Velvet and Onyx x

They're lovely! What do their names translate to in English?

Lovely ladies and a great name! So great of you to give them all a loving, spoilt home!

I love the names! My guinea pigs are all rescues, too; they have Welsh names with a suitable meaning. Nerys, as one of my girls is named, means "lady", like Pani! :))

I believe I can now officially say that they are all living permanently together and fairly peacefully at that. =D
