Thats me set off again! Hearing how much everyone loved her. I'm truelly heartbroken. The room still has 3 little piggies yet it just feels so empty without her x

We all did, it sounds crazy to myself to start crying about an animal I've never met but it just shows how much we all loved her and felt like we knew her.She really was a forum favourite.Huge hugs to you xx
 
So sorry to read this news. Fudge was a beautiful piggie, an amazing little fighter, and your love and care gave her a wonderful life for sure. I know what you mean about the room seeming empty now.. :hug:

I'm so sorry Adelle. Sweet Fudge was quite the lil fighter, and you were such an loving and strong mummy for her. You were always there for her. She had such an amazing life with you.

I'm so sorry, she gave so much encouragement to others that they can live a wonderful life despite a serious diagnosis. Look after yourself, you've been a wonderful mummy. x
 
I am so sorry @Adelle I have no words to help. Just remember how loved she was and that love was so reciprocated by her to you. A truly special bond from a special piggy. You fought so hard and have gave her the gift of life for so long battling against all the odds, and when she needed you the most to help her you where there one more time for her. We will all miss hearing and seeing her on the forum. Massive hugs to you I am very sorry

Her heart started to struggle yesterday evening. We where offered treatment but I always promised my girl the minute she had enough I would help her pass over. And that's what I did.

You where the most amazing little creature I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I loved you with all my heart and il never forget how strong you where these past two years. You came into my life at 4 years old and I'm so grateful I got to love you until the ripe old age of 8 and a half. You proved everyone wrong with how strong you where. I know you didn't suffer as you let me know you'd had enough straight away and I kept my promise that I'd help you leave when you wanted to, just like I helped you stay when you wanted that too.

She knew I was there with her yesterday at the vets and she gazed at me whilst I sang her song to her before closing her eyes, just like she did the first time she heard it. It became her song and always will be.

Sleep tight my angel. Mummy loves you.

Have only just caught up with this thread as I have been away. All I can say Adelle is how very sorry I am to hear that Fudge has trotted over the Rainbow Bridge. You loved her so very much and she loved you too.
 
Oh no I am so sorry Adelle :( Fudge was such a special piggy & she was so very lucky to have you as her Mummy, you have been the most wonderful loving, caring owner that did absolutely everything you could for her, her long life is a testament to that. Thinking of you & sending virtual hugs, I hope Fudge finds my piggy angels over the Rainbow Bridge & they play together forever until we meet up with them once again x
