He is gorgeous but please don’t let piggy into the rabbit toilet box Or let him be near rabbit at all.
Rabbits carry illnesses which are harmless to them but can be fatal to piggies. Piggy should not be anywhere near rabbit urine or faeces.

Hi Jayne, he is beautiful! 😍😍 And I know while tempting it is best not to put him in and around your gorgeous little rabbit.
Piggies and bunnies can pass horrible illnesses to each other and you wouldn’t want that!
Also rabbits can accidentally kick piggies and hurt them :(
So keep them separated, even when spending time with you as I am sure they’d prefer not to share the mom cuddle time with anyone!

Basil? 😂
Have you got another piggie, I see a little Ginger one in the background 😀

That's not a piggie that's a mini lop rabbit and he copies everything he does it's like they just bonded his bodyguard !

When i got him back home if i didn't have my mini lop rabbit to bring him around i don't think he would be here because they feed together to bring him around 16269637580964125768978838851482.webp

Great advice there, I took in an unwanted rabbit and guinea pig pair when I was about 10 over 50 years ago and the poor guinea pig had no hair on its back from being constantly chased and mounted by the rabbit. It’s really not worth the risk to the guinea pig 😉 rabbits are very strong creatures with a big kick which can caused serious damage or even kill

Not to mention the risks of Bordetella.

I remember when pet stores and people used to put guineas and bunnies together as default, I also recall those were the days of animals crammed in TINY cages/hutches. Thank goodness we’ve evolved since then!
