is there something wrong? I have never experienced this with him...
please help, is it normal? should i got to the vet? or did he maybe just drink alot?

He was squeaking a bit while he was weeing and it looked like he was struggling D:

In which case he needs to see a vet as he could have a UTI.

If you can, try and take a urine sample to the vets with you. You can do this by placing piggy in to a cat carrier (or anything else with a smooth clean service) and wait for him to pee. To help speed up the process, you can feed watery veg such as cucumber. Suck the urine up with a syringe and place in the fridge. The fresher the urine the better!

In the meantime, you can syringe him some cranberry juice (Ocean spray light is a favourite on here) as much as he will drink.

Here is a link on UTI's http://www.guinealynx.info/uti.html

I am not saying your boy definitely has a UTI but it should be something to be checked. If you can, place him on a white towel to see if blood is present in his wee.
Not all wees have blood present and it isn't always seen with the naked eye.

Then he needs to see a vet ASAP, please book an appointment and unless you get in straight away, while you are waiting sit him in the washing up bowl, feed plenty of veggies and wait for him to pee, and collect a sample of his wee, in a syringe, pop it in the fridge and take it with you, they can then test it to see if there is any blood present, aswell as many other tests. x
