My boars bits don't look right?!

Hi everyone. I was trimming my boars nails (he's 6) and noticed around his penis doesn't look right. Would anyone know what might be the problem? He's happy enough and eating away. I did have to clean his penis as it was fully coated in white. I have another boar I have to do this with, but this is the first time with Sam. It was quite hard to get his penis out and was fairly coated. Not sure if this has anything to do with the strange "growth". Any insight would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance x
